Chawton House Surgery offers National
Health Service care to all our patients.
We try to provide Family Medicine in a pleasant atmosphere in a lovely
building, equipped with up to date facilities including access and
toilets for the disabled.
We have an excellent team of General Practitioners, Receptionists,
Practice Nurses, District Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors. We also
liaise closely with Social Services and Community Psychiatric Nurses.
