Friends and Family Test
The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is an important feedback tool that supports the fundamental principle that people who use NHS services should have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience.
We at Chawton House Surgery are keen to receive feedback from our patients. Please click here to enter your feedback, or use the iPad on the reception desk in the Surgery and tell us what you think about our care. We will share the results on our website and in the surgery and will work towards addressing any issues that are raised. Help us improve care for the next patient.
Chawton House is able to offer the facility called SystmOnline so that you can order online prescriptions as well as manage your appointments and view your medical history, including results of tests. SystmOnline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
For more details on how to gain access to SystmOnline please click here.
Please note that the practice runs a 'personal list' system. This means that you should see your nominated 'registered' GP for all routine problems for continuity, though if urgent you may need to see an alternative GP in the practice.
